Known for its special meat pickles, the shops sell recipes that have been handed down from generations. Initially, the Walias had set up a small shack to sell their products to the travellers but now their business has expanded. The goat meat and vegetables are first boiled, then fried, and finally pickled. They can last up to 3 months and are great products to take back home as souvenirs or for yourself.
